At Erin Made, we want you to love your handmade fashion pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
